I can’t think of anything more attention grabbing than the Vox Borders series to tug your student’s interest about geopolitical border disputes.

Students will use the QR code to direct themselves to the Vox Border mini-doc series. There, they will choose (or you assign) a border conflict for them to explore. They are to read the brief story and then watch the 10-14 minute mini-doc about the boundary.

They will use the presented information to complete the worksheet.

I also included a QR code to Illustrated Textbook pages where they can read about boundary dispute types (definitional, locational, allocation, and operational, which then leads into frontiers and Antarctica (2 pages).

Includes: (1 page)

  • ONE blank Borders and Boundaries Worksheet that accompanies the Vox Border Mini-Doc Series. Worksheet includes QR codes and links.
